Scope of Our Policy
We respect your right to privacy and have committed ourselves to protecting any information we collect from you online. There are two primary ways we gather information: (1) personal information you voluntarily supply when you join Our Club, complete a survey, join an online discussion, enter a contest or provide your e-mail address, and (2) information we collect as you journey through our site.
How We Use Your Information
The information that you give us when you join Our Club, especially your e-mail address, will not be sold, rented, swapped, or authorized for use by any third party. This applies to any information that personally identifies you. We do, however, accumulate summary information to understand, for example, the overall usage trends of our site, which includes anonymous demographic information which is not linked to your personal information. This kind of information allows us, for example, to continually improve our website and your experience when navigating through it.
We will give your particular affinity group your name (which it already has) as part of our report documenting the charitable give back that is part of your enrollment fee. Other than that instance, we will not provide anyone or any group with your identifiable information.
As the Our Club website evolves, we will update our privacy policy as needed.

Our Club Camaraderie
As you navigate the Our Club website, we ask that you interact with others responsibly, particularly on the social network we have provided. The site is an intentionally closed social network to better ensure your privacy and to allow you to chat freely with members of your special affinity group.
Profanity is not acceptable. We request that all members be treated with respect and dignity with common courtesy being the rule. We retain the right to delete any comment that violates the above code of behavior and will directly contact the offending member. Our every expectation is that we will rarely, if ever, need to invoke this right.
